Aesthetics
Digital Reverse Planning
Digital reverse planning based on facial references and aesthetic principles is essential for the accurate diagnosis of the aesthetic and functional needs of the patient. It is the basis for treatment plans that involve all other areas such as dental implants, periodontics, prosthesis and esthetics.
R2 - BDS 3D Planning
Virtual wax-up over the digital STL file of the patient, facially driven, based on facial references, with alignment of the photos and upper and lower STL files. Will be delivered a video describing all the process for patient presentation and the final waxed STL with BDS 3D Planning. This service is per arch and opposing arch is not included. NOTE: This planning is intended to show the ideal position of the upper teeth in acordance to the smile design, that means it is NOT with occlusal adjustments to the opposing lower arch . For this service, please refer to F1 – BDS 3D Planning in Occlusion.

Periodontal Guide
As important for the aesthetics of the smile as the correct alignment, shape and color of the teeth, is the gingival aesthetic. An aesthetic periodontal analysis is fundamental not only for patients who have gummy smile, but also for prosthetic or rehabilitative surgeries. The making of a surgical periodontal guide based on digital reverse planning, digital waxing and facial aesthetics is crucial for surgical reproduction of the ideal gingival contour from the beginning, to the end of cosmetic rehabilitation treatment.
P2 - BDS Perio Guide for Gummy Smile (Clinical Crown lengthening)
Periodontal planning for cosmetic crown surgery or gingivectomy, with periodontal analysis and guide design for guided periodontal surgery. You will receive: a VIDEO of the periodontal analysis plus the STL of the periodontal guide for printing (will only be sent after approval ofthe project). DOES NOT INCLUDE printing. To order a printed guide, cloose the P4-BDS Perio Guide service. Note: periodontal plastic cases associated with aesthetic rehabilitation) OR C5 – Digital Period Flow Combo: R2 + P2 with periodontal guide printing (P4)+Printed Mockup (R3 OR R4).

I1 - BDS Guided Surgery Parcial Arch
Guided surgery planning for partial implants BY ARC. A Video will be sent with the proposed planning sequence plus STL from the printed guide and a planning descriptive report. Inform Implant brand, sizes, distribution and model you want to use in surgery. Required files: Arterial tomography (DICOM) with Expandex type labial expander and Upper and Lower STL. Send photos when aesthetic area for digital waxing. OBJ (Optional)
I2 - BDS Guided Surgery Full Arch
Guided surgery planning for implants of total edentulous arches. A Video will be sent with the proposed planning sequence plus STL from the printed guide and a planning descriptive report. Inform Implant brand, sizes, distribution and model you want to use in surgery. Note: DO NOT include total digital arch waxing. This planning will be done based on the tomographic guide. For complete digital flow waxing please include R2 – BDS 3D Planning and consult the required exams. Required files: Patient DICOM with Expandex in occlusion, with well-repaired denture or tomographic guide, both with gutta percha markers, DICOM Prosthesis or tomographic guide with gutta percha markers, STL of the prosthesis in occlusion, STL of the edgulous collar or its respective plaster model. OBJ (Optional).

Digital Orthodontics
The great differential of the orthodontic treatment carried out by virtual planning is the aesthetic and functional analysis of the previous possibilities of orthodontic treatment based on aesthetic facial analysis and digital waxing. With the possibility of creating several orthodontic setups, printing digital models and making alignment plates, orthodonthic treatment becomes simplified and predictable.

Digital Orthodontics
The virtual planning of orthognathic surgeries is a very important tool for the diagnosis of skeletal discrepancies and facial aesthetic alterations diagnosed through aesthetic facial planning. Simulations of bone surgeries and their consequent soft tissue changes are possible, facilitating the surgeon’s planning and patient understanding of the possibilities and limitations of his case. Osteotomy and bone repositioning guides can be generated, which guarantee better predictability of surgical treatments.
G1 - BDS Virtual Setup Orthognathic
Diagnosis and Planning: Virtual surgical planning for orthognathic surgery based on hybrid virtual skull (CT Scan + Teeth Scan + Face scan) This planning includes: 1) Pre and post-operative 3D cephalometry report. 2) Video of soft tissue and bone movements. 3) Report with images of the virtual surgical planning with measurements (bone changes and gaps). 4) STL of surgical splints (no printing is included).
Oral and Maxilo Surgeries
CAD CAM Prosthetic
Based on reverse planning and digital waxing, the final CAD process is done not only within aesthetic perspectives, but through orientation of occlusal contacts and intercuspation dynamics and patient disocclusion guides for the correct functional planning of prostheses. Through printing or milling processes (CAM) it becomes real and effective the rehabilitation of the patient after all the processes of planning and treatment.
Combos
C4 - Combo R2 + P2 (Aesthetic Rehabilitation)
Periodontal planning surgeries for cosmetic crown augmentation or gingivectomy PREVIOUS TO AESTHETIC REHABILITATION TREATMENT (Resin veneers, veneers and crowns), based on BDS 3D Planning (Included Digital waxing) – with periodontal analysis and periodontal guide design. Planning) will be performed and a new video will be sent.
